Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Voice Of Customer to internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate product vision, product roadmap and product strategy to customers and to internal stakeholders.
- Able to participate in technical discussions and help make define trade-offs.
- Identify both business and technical requirements and drive for product development; and to provide technical consultation to customers' requirements.
- Prepare costing, quotation and technical proposal.
- Support and lead assigned projects.
- Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis.
- Propose and implement product strategy to meet company's growth and revenue plan.
- Able to work with partnership company from India.
- Be mindful on use of resources to reduce wastage and protect the environment
- Other duties or projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or Business Management or its equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in automotive electronics industry, preferably with product management or product marketing experience.
- Product management/marking experience in automotive industry, preferably with Indian customers.
- Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests.
- Goal-oriented and extremely hard working.
- Self-driven, independent and enthusiastic to succeed.
- Capable of collaborating with teams and achieving results.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Good communication in English. Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
- Proactive, extrovert personality, team player & goal focus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a structured environment.
- Willingness to travel within Asia, especially India and China.
