· 5 Days (Mon to Thur: 9.00am to 6.30pm; Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm)


Offered Salary

  • Up to S$21.00 per hour (Depending on qualifications & experience)

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Able to write and speak in a clear and professional manner.

· Able to pay attention to detail.

· Able to organise materials in a coherent and structured manner.

· Have good understanding of Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and FormSG (or equivalent, e.g., google forms).

· Able to do simple data cleaning (e.g., check for and remove duplicates) & analysis (e.g., create bar graphs) with Microsoft Excel.

· Able to run online events on MS Teams and Zoom.

· Able to run multiple events within a similar timeframe in an organised manner.

· Have positive attitude towards learning new skills.


Job Description

  • Support operations for PSD’s career development workstreams, including (but not limited to) the following tasks:
    • Secure key personnels’ time for relevant events, and set up the events (usually on MS Teams).
    • Organise materials and provide necessary ones to partners.
    • Provide events support (e.g., virtual and physical).
    • Set up registration process (usually on FormSG) and provide timely updates on registration numbers.
    • Set up feedback process (usually on FormSG) and provide timely updates on survey numbers.
    • Clean and analyse data for post-programme reports.
    • Create digital mailer/poster for publicity of event.
  • Support operations for the Public Service Career Coach Network, including (but not limited to) the following tasks:

o Provide administrative support during onboarding and offboarding of coaches.

o Provide administrative support to Career Coaches in scheduling, profile management, and feedback gathering.

o Support in the marketing of Public Service Career Coaching.

o Assist in data cleaning/data entry of client and coach data basis for trend analysis.
