Responsibilities
§ Manage and supervise all maintenance works, installation and site work etc.
§ Supervise a team of Engineers/Technicians/Handyman
§ Prepare method statements, checklist, and work progress reports
§ Coordinating with authorities, clients and consultants , attend meetings, etc
§ Assume responsibility for other duties assigned by Management
Requirements
· ITE/Diploma/Degree in project management, mechanical/electrical engineering, or other related fields, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in swimming pool
· Knowledge of swimming pools project would be an advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Strong customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task
· Resourceful self-starter, able to work independently yet co-ordinates and teamwork seamlessly to achieve the common aim of delivering the best to customers
