Production Technician

Job Description

• Set up and operate production machines, equipment, instrument in accordance with good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures;
• Monitor, calibrate and adjust production processes or machines, equipment, instrument for quality and productivity;
• Troubleshoot problems with machines, equipment, instrument or products;
• Developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures;
• Keep proper records, maintain and ensure serviceability of machines, equipment, instrument and tools;
• Initiate the design of Jigs & Fixtures to improve processes, quality and productivity;
• Assembly of wire harness and electromechanical parts;
• Review and study customer's specifications and technical drawings;
• Set up machines and create samples;
• Update sample making records;
• Assist in new product development and define production process flow;
• Create and maintain jigs and fixtures;
• Assembly of wire harness and electromechanical parts;
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
