Job Description
1. Plan Teaching Timetable for the school
2. Assist the school in Allocating Teaching Assignment
3. Provide Secretary support with the following to 5 Committees
- Compilation of reports and materials
- Assist Chairman in arranging 10 meetings and write minutes after each meeting.
- Liaise with about 30 including faculty and external committee members when supporting the committee
4. Support students with all their course register matters in each semester
Requirements
· Degree/Polytechnic Diploma
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications software
· Strong organizational skills and meticulous
· Able to work in team as well as independently
· Open to job rotation and any miscellaneous duties assigned in accordance with School needs
· Resourceful, responsible, and pro-active
· Conversation in both speaking and written English
· Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
