Roles & Responsibilities
· Perform daily operation tasks (eg. Taking orders, cashiering, attend to reservation phonecalls and serving food & beverages, etc)
· Provide excellent customer service at all time
· Maintain high standards of personal hygiene,appearance and deportment at all time
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation and upkeep outlet outlook
· To perform opening and closing duties
· Excellent team player
· Undertake ad hoc duties being assigned by supervisor/manager
· Respond to customers' inquiries, build rapport with customers, resolve customers complaints
· Manage customer experience and expectation
Requirements
· Guest oriented and service focus
· Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage
· Knowledge of various types of Japanese food dishes
· Self-motivated, discipline with good interpersonal skills
· Proactive and efficient
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Proven experience working in upscale sushi restaurants.
· Team spirit
· Responsible and positive working attitude
· Able to maintain high standard of service quality
· Good experience in fine dining Restaurant
· Must prepare to work during weekends/public holidays and overtime as and when required
