Mathematics Specialist Teacher (Grade 1 to 5) commencing on 1 November 2024
The Elementary School is seeking applications from enthusiastic, qualified Teachers with a degree in Education with an emphasis on Mathematics, for a Mathematics specialist teaching position (Grades 1 to 5) starting 1 November 2024. Applicants should have experience in teaching and supporting Mathematics instructions and student learning across grade levels
Position Requirements
* International Primary Curriculum (IPC) experience preferred.
* International School teaching experience is preferred.
* Be able to implement the school-wide Mathematics Curriculum and be responsible for; identifying and evaluating student needs in Mathematics, providing individualized instructions, assessing and tracking student progress, supporting classroom practices, and providing feedback to parents and teachers.
* Be able to provide specific and individualized instruction to identified students.
* Excellent communication skills, time management, and adaptability.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and participate in the wider school community.
* Experience teaching English second language learners is preferred.
* Proficiency in using educational technology.
* Good references on request.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education is required.
* Professional current teaching certification is required.
