- Maintain and care for drinkware and beverage equipment.
- Operate the Point of Sales (POS) system to manage orders.
- Assist customers with queries about different beverage options.
- Recommend coffee and tea selections based on customer preferences.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
- Adhere to established customer service standards.
- Address and resolve customer feedback.
- Implement customer loyalty initiatives.
- Comply with personal, food, and beverage hygiene standards set by the organization.
- Follow the organization's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food waste management.
- Adhere to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures.
- Perform daily operational tasks according to the staff schedule.
- Manage opening, operating, and closing procedures for shifts.
- Monitor and replenish inventory as needed.
- Participate in crisis response and recovery efforts per business continuity policies.
- Identify opportunities for personal development to enhance job performance.
- Share insights on current work processes with supervisors during reviews.
- Suggest and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the work area.
- Utilize emerging technologies and tools to boost productivity.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in specialty coffee and the coffee industry.
- A passionate love for coffee, with a strong enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and skills.
- Exemplary barista skills, with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong understanding of front-of-house systems, ordering, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and basic food hygiene practices.
- A clear vision of what a high-functioning coffee bar should be and how to achieve it.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and disciplined.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
