Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Digital x Process Transformation Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to high-impact client engagements. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in consulting, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
An Intern works in project teams, which may be led by a Manager or a Director. The expectation is for the Intern to play an active role in supporting the team in defining, preparing, and delivering services and deliverables to clients. The role will provide a learning opportunity for the intern and valuable support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research and data analysis to support strategic recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for client deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
- Support senior consultants in project management and execution.
- Effectively communicate (written and oral) within the team and if needed, with project stakeholders
- Actively contribute within a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Political Science, International Relations, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrate leadership in extracurricular activities
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial software/tools.
- Previous internship or work experience in consulting, public sector, or related fields preferred
