(a) Preparation and submission of shop drawings in AUTOCA or REVIT (BIM) to client and
Follow up on approval, not limited to the following
*Create precise AUTOCAD and 3D BIM models.
* Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from AUTOCAD and 3D BIM model.
* Take ownership of modelling, drawings and documentation production process.
* Develop details and drawings from conceptual ideas and engineer’s sketches.
* Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards.
* Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.
* Highlight potential problems and look for a solution.
(b) Coordinate with engineers, architects and clients to coordinate BIM modellling and drawings.
(c) Create 3D views or renders for project use or marketing purposes.
(d) Preparation of GRC quantity measurement for tender and on-going project.
(e) Preparation of all relevant project documents submission and follow up on approval.
