PRODUCTION JR. EXECUTIVE

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Degree in Chemical Engineering (related field).
2. Fresh graduate or at least 2 years working experience in Production.
3. Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills.
4. Able to communicate effectively with Superior, Customer and Subordinates.
5. The ability to closely follow quality standard.
6. Great team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
7. Willing to travel and flexible person.
8. Ability on report writing and documentation.
9. Possess leadership quality, managerial writing and reporting skills.
10. Good discipline and attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Assist Senior Executive in monitoring the process control.
2. To ensure all production personal are trained and aware of customer's /product's quality requirements or specification.
3. Ensure lot controlling and establish product's identification.
4. Assist superior in maintaining machinery and monitoring maintenance job.
5. Ensure proper housekeeping carry out to maintain work environment , cleanliness safety & health in production line.
6. Responsible for ensuring that Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policy is implemented and monitoring the workplace to ensure that safe conditions are maintained.
