Job Scope:
- Prepare monthly management reports and analyze financial performance, conducting variance analysis to identify key causes and corrective actions.
- Develop product costing with the factory, implement cost control measures, supervise special cost studies, and periodically review overhead cost allocation.
- Collaborate with commercial management to prepare short-term, mid-term, and long-term sales plans.
- Work with the Head of Accounting to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
- Support the CFO with manufacturing/commercial cost analysis, capex, sales planning, customer planning, and gross margin analysis.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties or assignments related to the board, shareholders, and funding.
Requirements:
- Candidate with related experiences from Semiconductor/Big 4 Auditing Firm/Oil & Gas/ Manufacturing or other related trade are welcome to apply
