As an accountant in an outsourced accounting firm, you will manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations for a diverse client base. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial statements and customized reports. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, prepare and file tax returns, and stay updated on tax laws. Client relations are crucial, involving regular communication, addressing inquiries, and conducting financial reviews. You will also identify and implement process improvements, utilize accounting software, and collaborate with other finance professionals, providing guidance to junior staff and working with other departments to deliver cohesive service.
skills and experience required
You should ideally have a degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting with at least 2 years of handson experience in full sets of accounts. You are able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 100% work in office, but the working arrangement is flexible once you pass probation.
