Product Specialist (Interior Design)

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Specialist with a background in Interior Design (ID) and B2C sales. Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred. The ideal candidate will manage the sales process, conduct product research, and oversee daily operations for a specific brand. This role involves close collaboration with the design team and requires excellent customer service and market research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Process Administration: Administer the entire sales process including customer service, product demonstrations, proposal presentations, sales closures, and follow-ups for a specific brand.
  
• Technical Product Research: Assist in technical product research and participate in the review process with the design team to ensure product quality and relevance.
  
• Daily Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations and activities related to the specific brand, including sales, procurement, aftersales service, and arranging deliveries.
  
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and future development.
  
• Sales Forecasting and Planning: Oversee sales forecasting, plan and execute promotional events, and manage social media marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  
• Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise with other staff involved in USM sales across related channels to ensure smooth operations and consistent communication.
  
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company to support overall business objectives.
  

Requirements:

• Preferably have a background in Interior Design (ID).
• B2C sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with market research and social media marketing is a plus.
