- Minimally GCE O Levels
- Minimally 1 year of admin & customer service experience.
- Must be open to travel.
Job Description:
- Attend to job seeker enquiries and facilitate appointment bookings.
- Verify and create any new appointments/follow up appointments; making outbound calls to confirm appointments.
- Data cleaning and data entry into internal system.
- Assist with event registration.
- Support outreach activities and help out at events as and when needed.
- Other admin, customer service, and event support duties assigned.
