Job Scope

Ø Program Manager for Customer Program and Product Transfers startups in BEMT and OSAT sites. Lead major programs from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

Ø Lead Testing New Product Introduction Process & Procedure Definition and Implementation across the Company.

Ø Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

Ø Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including

risk mitigation.

Ø Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.

Ø Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.

Ø Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing day to day contact on project status and changes.

Ø Support Manufacturing Test and Finishing Strategies and roadmaps based on new product needs.

Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

Ø Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.

Ø Structure and manage integrated, multitrack project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress.

Ø Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third party vendors and researchers.

Ø Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.

Ø Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

Ø Develop project assessment protocols

Ø Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached

Ø Work with other project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

Ø Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce project reports for management and stakeholders

Reporting Relationships (Who this job reports to, Who reports to this job):

Ø Position direct report to NPI Head

Ø Transversal Line Reports to this position include Project team members


Requirements:

· Relevant Engineering bachelor’s degree

· Relevant at least 7 years of experience and competencies in Test NPI with strong testing production skill-sets

· Capability to demonstrate good process improvement/ development especially on Test NPI will be an added advantage.

· Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams.

· Expected to prepare and present progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring the innovation we seek is achieved.

· Proven success working and networking with all levels of management.

· Excellent usage of methodologies tools and skills for both problem-solving and analytical requirements

· Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality systems.

· Strong and articulate communication and presentation skills
