Job Description:
- Order Management: Prepare and process orders, issue job orders to vendors, and monitor the production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
- Letter of Credit Negotiation: Manage and negotiate Letters of Credit, which are crucial to our trade processes.
- Shipping Coordination: Coordinate shipping arrangements and prepare essential shipment documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and job orders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Financial Monitoring: Oversee customer payments and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Understanding of Incoterms, contract administration, and international trade administration (e.g., import/export documentation) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP and Letters of Credit is a plus, but candidates without experience will be trained. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
