This is a private O&G Clinic located in Gleneagles Hospital.
Job scope of a Clinic Assistant:
1. Reception – registration of patients, taking vital signs
2. Entering and record keeping in clinic software system (Plato)
3. Dispensing of drugs
4. Assisting in consultation room and procedures
5. Equipment management
6. Administration duties include:
a) Financial counselling
b) Collection of money
c) Banking of money
d) Inventory
e) Insurance claim submission
7. Call patients – by phone, sms or email for TCU and post-op
8. Assist in typing out referral replies and lecture presentations
9. General housekeeping
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am--5.30pm
- Saturday: 8.30am--12.30pm
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Experience:
- Clinic Assistant: 1 year (Required)
