Job Description:
- Analyze and Improve Product Data: Work with marketing, regional/SBU marketing, product management, and e-commerce teams to analyze, improve, manage, and maintain product data.
- Content Enrichment: Responsible for enhancing regional content with support from other teams.
- Ensure High-Quality Data: Focus on maintaining regular streams of product information and proactively addressing gaps in our product portfolio.
- Manage Regional Product Portfolio: Organize and manage the regional product portfolio in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Project Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for projects involving product data reference in the region.
- Best Practices Proposals: Propose best practices for data management and control within the region.
- Regional PIM Management: Oversee Regional Product Information Management (PIM) product information.
- Feedback PIM Requirements: Identify and communicate PIM requirements to the Group Marketing PIM lead.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to other PIM regional users.
- Coordination Role: Act as a coordinator within the region.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in economics/informatics (with a focus on IT or e-commerce) or comparable training with a background in marketing.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing product data using data management or content management systems as part of a marketing team in a technical sector.
- Skills:Structured, solution-oriented approach to work with excellent communication skills.
Experience with industry standards within Data Management, such as ETIM, eCl@ss, BMEcat, and systems like ERP, PLM (Product Life-Cycle Management), and e-commerce platforms.
Previous experience with PIM systems is essential, with a preference for knowledge of PIM platforms like InRiver or similar.
Strong skills in managing data with spreadsheets.
Experience working in a multinational environment, preferably in e-commerce.
