Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of School in the administration of the teaching faculty and programs
- Coordinate the pre- and post-stages of Start of course (SOC) for each study term, including course planning, resources control and class scheduling
- Attend to the daily operational and student matters
- Participate in annual school activities
Requirements:
- O level / ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma holders (Degree holders may apply)
- Good communication skills
- Fresh school leavers who are willing to learn and contribute are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
- Good command of English and Chinese is required to build and maintain effective relationship with Chinese speaking students
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in clerical/administrative support
