As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
About the Role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Utilise Education, Sales and Service Cloud configurations and omni studio to address customer requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce products.
- Provide guidance/coaching/training for Salesforce specialists on system configuration, functionality and enhancements as released by Salesforce.
- Work with functional users to analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for enhanced Education Cloud functionality.
- Perform Salesforce administration activities to support the day-to-day operations of the system.
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Solutions, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and compliance with best practices and regulations
- Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs as well as other documentation like requirement traceability matrixes, work-flow diagrams and use-cases
- Lead team and client meetings and to clearly articulate the solution being developed with all the stakeholders along with ability to walk stakeholders through marketing solutions
- Work in a rapidly changing agile environment.
- Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation
- Serve as the bridge between PM, QA, development and client teams
- Participate in the creation and execution of test plans, strategies, and communications (e.g. requirement traceability, test scripts, test data requirements, defect management)
- Design and create training materials (e.g. job aids, reference guides, training manuals)
- Oversee the management of project documentation
About You
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Functional Analyst or Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud administrator
- Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Strong background in agile SCRUM agile practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
- Salesforce certifications.
- Work experience in the Education sector is an added advantage.
