Job Description
· Plan and organize strategies that improves the staff morale and happiness.
· Prepare monthly payroll, including processing of reimbursements, CPF and claims.
· Arrange interviews and prepare documents for onboarding
· Compile all OT calculations and monthly variable bonus calculations.
· Attendance checking for all outlet employees
· Administer pay-related leave matters and insurance claims & business grants.
· Medical claim tracking and reimbursement
· Apply, issue and renew passes for foreign workers.
· Draft job descriptions, manage job postings, screen candidates and conduct interviews.
· Administer all relevant paperwork for employees including employment contracts, onboarding forms, uniform deposits and entry of information into INFOTECH HRIS System.
· Prepare documents for MOM surveys and Work Right Inspections
· Prepare employment contract, promotion letter, termination letter, disciplinary action letter etc.
· General filing and scanning of employee’s P-file
· Manage employee P-file and data maintenance
· Issue uniform and name badge to new hire staff
· Draft and conduct staff happiness surveys and counselling as needed.
· Plan and implement training programs.
· Administer the training and grant matters
· Manage all office administration matters – for instance stationery, pantry supplies and so forth.
· Assist and record meeting minutes
· Any other ad-hoc duties required
· Understand the business goals, identify performance gaps, and recommend solutions
· Develop, plan, prepare, implement, and improve the training program for staff
· Update and maintain the training manual, materials, and knowledge base
· Conduct soft-skills training for all outlets staff according to SOP and required standards
· Design and implement training framework and ensuring full use of our company's internal training app
· Plan, implement, execute, and evaluate training plans.
· Co-ordinate and communicate effectively on staff performance issues with the HR & Operations department
· Manage and track induction and onboarding program for new employee
· Responsible for identifying all the staff training needs and actively involved in the professional upgrading of the staff skill set and mindset
· Work on all areas of training including product knowledge, customer service, service excellence and other modules in the total training regime
· Evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of the training program
KPI:
· Achieve a net income of more than 10% consistently for the year (bottom line)
· Obtain Time to hire rate of 30 days for all vacant positions
· All outlets minimum headcount manpower is achieved consistently for 3 months with no major food hygiene lapse
· Staff handbook, online training system is comprehensive and enforced consistently resulting in strong corporate governance across all HQ departments and outlets
· Maintain staff turnover rate at below 8% annually
· Improve staff retention rate at 30%
· Ensure that all talent acquisition matches the CEO & Director's requirement and needs
· Able to accurately measure staffs happiness through surveys and conduct a Goal/ KPI re-alignment exercise at least once every 6 months
· All P-files and all office administrative duties are documented and maintained to the highest standards
· On average less than 1 error a month is made during his/ her payroll duties
· All Full time staff complete world manager quiz on their every Quarter via TRS Academy App with 100% pass rate
· All outlets FULL-TIME staff come back office for a full day HQ restaurant proficiency course by End of every calender year
· Ensure successful launch and management of the individual outlets and HQ EXCO functions
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years working as HR preferably in the F&B industry
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ready to step of their comfort zone to take on new challenges and grow with the company
· Able to multi-task and have good time management
· Able to work in fast paced environment
· Possess good computer skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Able to OT
· Preferably Singaporean/PR Only
