Responsibilities:
- Import shipments coordination, custom clearance, freight sourcing
- Export shipments coordination and IRAS formalities
- Attend to authority inspections
- Inventory and cost recording in SBO system
- Product registration in the system
- Payment to suppliers and contractors
- Check that the products are in accordance with food regulation
- Administer HACCP documentation
- Purchase office/warehouse supplies
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance works
- Other general administration duties
Requirements:
- Diploma / A-level and above
