Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager to design marketing strategies to recruit students from Myanmar.
Execute agreed strategies for the Myanmar market to achieve student enrolment numbers.
Manage marketing activities within the allocated budget for in country marketing
Provide agent training and support to ensure agents operate in accord with Educare Global Academy’s guidelines
Build relationships with appropriate local institutions through on-going communication and attending events, education fairs and exhibitions
Provide monthly performance reports to the Reporting Manager
Provide insights on marketing opportunities though market intelligence to the Reporting Manager
Maintain a detailed appointment schedule.
Key selection criteria:
Undergraduate degree with 2 years working experience in the education industry.
The candidate must be proficient in English and Burmese with Strong communication skills to communicate with students and recruitment agents in Myanmar.
Ability to work in a diligently, methodically, and proactively.
Ability to analyse and interpret information based on predefined criteria.
