Job Description:
A Chef de Partie at Restaurant JAG (a 1 Michelin Star French Fine Dining Establishment) plays a pivotal role in contributing towards creating memorable experiences for the diners. This position requires one to be detail oriented and expressive. A love for food is a must.

- learning the ideology of cuisine at JAG
- supporting the executive chef and the team in the operations' management of the kitchen at JAG
- learning and understanding the flavour profiles and uses of the library of indigenous ingredients - in use at JAG
- learning and executing as instructed - the tasks allocated by the executive chef
- learning to prepare for, cook and execute dishes allocated to you by the executive chef.
- taking charge of the team in accordance with the direction of the executive chef
