Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Learn to Swim Club as an Administrative and Program Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while supporting our mission to teach swimming skills and water safety.


Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage day-to-day office tasks, including answering phones, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain student records, class schedules, and attendance
  • Prepare invoices and process payments.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts.
  • Program Coordination:
  • Coordinate class schedules and instructor assignments.
  • Communicate with parents and students regarding class information and changes.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special events and competitions.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a diploma or degree in any field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Sheet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You've to be fluent in both English and Mandarin, speaking and writing.
