Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Track expenses and process invoices; collaborate with the finance department to ensure financial compliance.
- Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as requested by your superior.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to liaise with suppliers in Mandarin
- Minimum education level: O-Level and above
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Can speak and understand chinese
