(CENTRAL) - Paya Lebar
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the vessel accounts, approx. handles 5-7 vessels.
- Process PI (Purchase Invoices) by matching PO (Purchase Order) and GRA (Goods Receipt Acknowledgement) integrated from SMMS to NAV.
- Generate monthly Sales Invoices/Manager Statement from NAV to owners.
- Liaise with respective departments to ensure all purchase costs incurred by vessels are properly charged out to owner timely manner.
- Any other tasks assigned time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Accounting or Business Studies, preferably 2-3years of working experience of full/partial accounts.
- Meticulous and attention to details is a must.
- Must from ship management industry & maximum 1month notice
- Working experience in shipping industry is an advantage.
- Well verse with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP system is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
