Digital Marketing Roles:
l Execute innovative online marketing campaigns and oversee its successful implementation by pulling resources from the production & design industry
l Lead the conceptualization and development of digital contents while ensuring compliance with brand positioning, brand standards and guidelines
l Drive regular management and analytical reporting against performance of all digital marketing activities
l Manage and maintain partnership with respective appointed project stakeholders
l Report digital marketing activities for review with management on a regular basis
l Lead and coordinate multiple CSR projects from beginning to end to shape our brand direction strategies that will drive acquisition and customer loyalty retention
l Implement, track, execute and prioritize marketing project roadmaps and timelines
l Provide analysis and regular reporting of social media and CTA marketing engagement metrics to improve outlet sales
l Manage both digital marketing and loyalty budget to achieve efficiency of spend to meet business goals
l Manage the marketing aspects of the business, ensuring timeline in social media calendar is achieved. Creates stronger brand recalls and branding for the company to help improve company year on year sales
l Management of company’s social media channels (Website, FB, IG, Google reviews, etc)
l Regular organic posting according to social media calendar, engaging followers, and responding to their enquiries
l Develop strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing initiatives
l Assist with measuring the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns against company Growth KPIs
l Work closely with influencers on marketing campaigns and events, utilising the approved budget
Content Creator Roles:
· Content Creation:
Design and produce engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, animations, and infographics for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Edit and enhance videos and images to ensure high quality and consistency.
· Social Media Content Management:
Plan, create, and schedule visual and multimedia content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XHS.
Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content creation.
Schedule all social media posts one month in advance with minimal errors and ensure timely and accurate posting across all platforms.
· Campaign Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions.
Ensure all visual content supports and enhances campaign strategies.
Successfully invite and engage with 500 influencers for media tasting events annually.
· Content Optimization:
Analyze the performance of visual content and use data-driven insights to improve future content.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective content.
· Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand content needs and deliverables.
Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and videographers as needed.
· Marketing Reporting:
Deliver comprehensive weekly marketing reports detailing key metrics, campaign performance, and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in graphic design, videography, and multimedia content creation.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
· Excellent creativity, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Candidates with portfolios will be preferred
· Experience working in Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.
· Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
· Familiarity with compliance and security requirements in digital projects.
· Previous experience in vendor selection and evaluation processes.
Working Hours and Salary:
· 5 days work week
