Job Description
- Manage audit projects by planning, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and finalizing reports according to set standards
- Oversee external consultants, and guest auditors during audits
- Contribute to the function's success by supporting the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create audit programs by identifying key financial, operational, and business risks
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate audit documentation, prepare clear and concise audit reports, and contribute to management and audit committee reporting
- Build strong relationships with business partners, fostering collaboration and driving improvements
- Work closely with the business to implement effective risk mitigation strategies and enhance control environment
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in internal auditing, accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal control frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively
