Job Description

As an Technical Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for:

Offer technical guidance and expertise to teams for tackling complex challenges while staying abreast of emerging technologies.
Enforce adherence to coding, testing, and maintenance best practices.
Lead and mentor software development teams to foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Formulate strategies for improving team performance and productivity.
Guarantee timely and high-quality product delivery in line with project objectives.
Collaborate with the Architecture team on designing system and applications.
Establish and oversee quality assurance processes and testing methodologies for delivering high-quality products.

The Successful Applicant

As a suitable candidate, you shall possess:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of technical project leadership experience, emphasising product engineering and technology management.
Proficiency in software/application technologies, including Angular, React, jQuery, Bootstrap, and ASP.NET Core.
Strong expertise in cloud application development, Azure OpenAI services, microservices, and containerisation.
Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle and SQL, with Java and Flutter Hybrid Development platform being advantageous.
