Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of automotive parts, including brake pads and rotors, filters, steering systems, and mountings & bushings.
- Verify specifications and technical drawings before production.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Purchase teams to understand and meet external customers' product requirements.
- Assess existing parts and materials for potential improvements to enhance business opportunities.
- Document product revisions and manage changes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Design products in accordance with safety agency specifications and environmental regulations to meet customer needs.
- Continuously develop product and technical knowledge across the business.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting technical drawings.
- Thorough understanding of automotive industry regulations and standards.
- Experience in reviewing and coordinating technical aspects of parts with suppliers, manufacturers, and R&D teams.
