About Our Client
Our client is a global provider of Testing, Inspection & Certification services. They cater to a diversity of customers and focus on providing better products and minimizing risk by ensuring that their products, systems and materials are safe to use.
They are currently looking to hire their Business Development Director who will be responsible for leading a team and driving sales targets to achieve profitable growth.
Job Description
- Align sales resources with the company's go to market strategy and manage the development and review of strategic and annual plans.
- Coach the sales team in adopting the necessary behaviours and actions to effectively execute the sales strategy.
- Drive a proactive sales approach across the organization and meet sales goals through effective coaching and management.
- Oversee the quotation management team to meet customer needs for new acquisitions and market penetration, and represent regional sales in business reviews, reporting, and leadership meetings.
- Ensure adherence to the company's policies, including Terms and Conditions, trade compliance, ethical conduct, and the employee handbook.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales and management experience in a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing a large sales revenue and budget.
- Clear, precise and effective communication skills with stakeholders in the organisation and with customers.
