- Responsible for AutoCAD drawings for submissions ranging from conceptual design to construction development.
- Develop 2D and 3D drawings according to customer specifications using AutoCAD programs
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements as required
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory approvals and permit
- Coordinate with client and engineer to ensure the specifications are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate interpretation of drawings
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and design principles
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in a similar role
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
