Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Improvement Project Manager to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Jobs Scope:
- Program Management: Understand the program in-depth, connect various business units, and identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer meetings, including weekly scorecard and quality discussions, monthly safety sessions, continuous improvement (CIP) sessions, project updates, KPI reviews, and strategic business reviews.
- Project Leadership: Lead or participate in CIP and ad hoc projects focusing on safety improvements, automation, process optimization, quality enhancements, productivity gains, data analytics, data visualization, storage models, freight consolidation, cross-border trucking, and network planning.
- Project Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of projects with timelines ranging from 6 months to 10 years.
- Representation: Act as the main representative in customer engagements and project-related meetings.
- Team Leadership: Lead staff training and career development initiatives.
- Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple CIP and ad hoc projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
Requirement:
- Degree in related field
- Relevant experience in contract logistics
- Possess valid PMP certification is an added advantage
