- Deliver centralized training and assessment, particularly technical training for all levels of manager and barista in compliance with The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf standard.
- Update changes to the in-house training programs, training policies and procedures, inclusive of all training manuals.
- Conduct training audit on The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Outlets.
- Manage and maintain Training Centre and achieve a high standard of cost effectiveness, neatness, and up-to-date equipment quality.
- Responsible for Training Manual update and ensure that all Outlets receive a copy promptly. To conduct regular checks as part of auditing.
- Conduct station skills assessment for promotion or confirmation.
- Order training materials and maintain adequate stock.
- Housekeeping and maintaining training library.
- New Product Testing
- Maintain proper records of all managers’ training needs and to constantly monitor their progress.
- Attend meetings as and when directed by the Director of Training & Development.
- Carry out additional functions and special projects as may be directed by the Director of Training & Development, from time to time.
