Office Admin
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, and handling correspondence.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain and order office supplies, quarterly season parking renewal.
- Manage office equipment and arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Be part of safety committee member.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of company events and activities.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required by the management team.
Human Resources
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain records of employee attendance and leave.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Min ITE in office skills / business admin or equivalent
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic HR background.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, HR, admin or similar role
