Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating architectural works on site
• Sample and technical submissions and liaising with client and consultant
• Cost controls, achieve timelines and schedules
• Achieve work quality and compliances
Pre-Requisites
• Degree/Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant site experiences in LTA Rail Projects
• Responsible, good work ethics with strong drive to deliver results
• Class 3 driving licence
