Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting, distributing, and tracking of hardcopy mails for the Division. Tearing and sorting of GIRO forms for FIN processing.
  • Follow-up on returned mails and Lost & Found Cards.
  • Data entry, verification of supporting documents, assessment of application, follow-up on incomplete applications, direction of forms to union, scanning of hardcopy forms for record purposes.
  • Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

  • Only Singaporeans
  • Degree in any related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel) for data management purpose
