We are expanding rapidly at the forefront of industry innovation and seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director, who is leading this exciting development phase. This role is a unique opportunity to be at the centre of a thriving, forward-thinking business environment.


3 Main Responsibilities are required from MD:

  • Calendar Arrangement: Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
  • Meeting Minutes Taking: Coordinate and organize meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and taking minutes
  • Project Management: Assist in project management, including research, data analysis, and liaising with other departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Handle financial tasks like managing expense reports and assisting with budget preparation
  • Stay informed about industry trends and seek professional development opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a professional service firm.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and modern technology tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and cultural awareness.
