Job Description
Administrative:
- Handle invoices, letter box, phonecalls.
- Email replies, handle enquiries/etc
- Handling courier (DHL/Ups/Fedex..etc)
- Phyiscal filling(hardcopy) / scan all orignal invoices into labtop and records.
Account Support:
- Data entry of transactions to accounting system/software.
- Processing of accounts receivables and inward payments
- Performing account reconciliation montly AR/AP/GL.
- Follow up on outstanding ARs, prepare SOA.
- Prepare invoices, assist with all payment matters (i.e. raise cheque / Fund transfer... etc).
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Necessary training will be provided.
