Admin/Account Assistant

Job Description

Administrative:

  • Handle invoices, letter box, phonecalls.
  • Email replies, handle enquiries/etc
  • Handling courier (DHL/Ups/Fedex..etc)
  • Phyiscal filling(hardcopy) / scan all orignal invoices into labtop and records.

Account Support:

  • Data entry of transactions to accounting system/software.
  • Processing of accounts receivables and inward payments
  • Performing account reconciliation montly AR/AP/GL.
  • Follow up on outstanding ARs, prepare SOA.
  • Prepare invoices, assist with all payment matters (i.e. raise cheque / Fund transfer... etc).
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Necessary training will be provided.
