Job description
- Manage and oversee the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects.
- Oversee and coordinate the work schedule of subcontractors and site operations team.
- Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit material and sample submissions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, project team members, and other stakeholders.
- Provide updates on project progress.
- Offer technical solutions for any related issues.
- Conduct inspections to guarantee adherence to contract specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management or its equivalent with 3 years of relevant working
- Diploma holder in in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management or its equivalent with 7 years of relevant working Experience
- Good communication and written skills.
