Job Description
- Provide office maintenance/serviceability/operations of facilities and all assets within the office
- Conduct inspection and monitor the work progress of defect rectification, identify defect, and propose for corrective actions immediately
- Ensure maintenance activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner and in compliance with KBR policies and statutory regulations of health and safety & environmental standards
- Competent in providing technical assessment in trouble-shooting, identifying the appropriate causes, review and implement appropriate solutions to be executed by self/service providers
- Handle service activities such as Mail/Travel/Courier management, Document archiving/storage services
- Support office/site HSSE administration
- Populate and ensure monthly reports are accurately maintained, one such reports are the office space usage report
- Office leases management which includes fitting-out, renovation and reinstatement work of office units
- Handle landlord /supplier management from Shopping cart administration till invoice closure
- Support ad-hoc activities/events as directed by Office Manager
Job Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Building Services/Facilities Management/Estate Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management
- Knowledge of Building M&E services (including troubleshooting faults and failure)
- Good knowledge in facility operations and understand the regulatory requirements
- Strong administration, co-ordination, problem solving, interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP
