Job Overview

The SEA Branding Manager will be responsible for developing and managing branding strategies to enhance Chagee SEA's brand presence and reputation across Southeast Asia. This role involves creating and implementing branding initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and collaborating with various teams to align branding efforts with overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brand management, marketing, and strategic planning within the retail sector, particularly in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to establish and strengthen Chagee SEA’s brand identity and market positioning.
  • Brand Guidelines: Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and manage branding campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform branding strategies.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of brand-related content, including visuals, videos, and written materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Digital Presence: Enhance the brand’s digital presence through effective online branding strategies, including social media, website, and digital advertising.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to amplify branding efforts and reach new audiences.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Audits: Conduct regular brand audits to ensure brand integrity and consistency across all channels.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on branding activities, performance, and strategic recommendations to the SEA Branding & Marketing Director.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, communications, and design teams to ensure cohesive and integrated branding efforts.

  • Extensive experience in brand management and marketing, particularly within the retail sector.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using branding and marketing software.
  • Outstanding creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
