Responsibilities
- Identify and align organizational training needs with strategic goals.
- Oversee daily activities within the L&D Department.
- Set objectives, policies, and standards to boost employee skills and performance.
- Evaluate and align workforce skills with training initiatives.
- Review and update training plans and programs for continuous improvement.
- Guide managers in effective team career pathing strategies.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and soft skills training.
- Very familiar with R1 eligibility & Levy status
- Develop and adapt training strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Manage data collection and report writing for sustainability reports.
- Support various additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma or degree in Business Studies or a related field
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Powerpoint)
- Quick learner and self-reliant with excellent organizational abilities
