Sales Executive - Welding Machine Distributor

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This client-facing role focuses on generating and managing sales within Singapore. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the welding industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Singapore market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in the welding industry or related technical sales.
• Strong understanding of welding machines, components, and accessories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
