Job Overview
The SEA Finance Director will oversee the financial operations of Chagee SEA across Southeast Asia. This leadership role involves managing the finance departments in various countries within the region. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial guidance, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the company's financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives in the Southeast Asia region.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the preparation of regional budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company targets.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage and lead the finance departments in various countries, providing guidance and support to finance teams.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
