- In charge of procurement of spare parts to ensure the availability of spare parts at all time.
- Interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, warehouse entering of spare parts.
- Maintain and update knowledge on the parts and products from vendors.
- Overseeing the timely delivery of parts.
- Outlet spare parts arrangement.
- Order spare parts arrangement.
- Spare parts write-off.
- Return of defective spare parts.
- Spare parts claim.
- Exhibition hall management.
Requirement
- Diploma qualification in relevant field
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese counterparts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
- Candidates with driving license is preferred.
- Minimum 2 Years of relevant work experience.
