- Provide sales support and operational assistance, handling all documentation and maintaining communication with existing customers and prospects.
- Propose telecommunications solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Assist in application procedures to ensure smooth customer interactions and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Participate in provided training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field of study.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach
