Job Summary:
- Candidate will assist with Contract management, write email to follow up with vendors
- Candidate should have some accounting background in terms of AR/AP and financial budgeting
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ICT projects and operations including but not limited to finance related activities such as raising of Cash Journal, Sales Order, Invoice processing, Procurement related documents.
- Support the operation of this master contract and purchase orders (e.g. maintain and track contract / purchase order expiry date / termination).
- Maintain the manpower resource requests / capability training process and ensure compliance to the process.
- Provide operation support for manpower resource requests, interview sessions and performance appraiser etc.
- Conduct preliminary check of the documentation (e.g. CVs, invoices and support documents)
- Review monthly progress reports and supporting documents submitted by Contractors.
- Track Utilisation of master contract and purchase orders and alert contract owner / relevant officer.
- Keep complete records of manpower resource / capability training requests.
- Handle security clearance for the candidates

- Past track records in administrative work, administer contract / human resource or similar job scope.
